What we're looking for
12+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
At least 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and architecture experience.
Proven experience modernizing ServiceNow platforms, including migrating applications to scoped solutions and converting legacy workflows to Flow Designer.
Expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, Workspace development, and JavaScript/ServiceNow scripting.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and IntegrationHub.
Knowledge of AI-assisted development (Now Assist, Build Agent), upgrade-safe practices, and platform governance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and relevant CIS certifications, with experience in ATF/CI/CD/Git/DevOps and various ServiceNow modules (preferred).
