Principal Product Manager, Arc Consumer

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new consumer application built on the Arc blockchain.
• Translate complex onchain capabilities like stablecoins, swaps, and DeFi into simple, intuitive experiences for mainstream consumers.
• Design how consumers discover, interact with, and delegate financial tasks to emerging AI agents.
• Identify core product loops and mechanisms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
• Partner with User Research and Data Science to analyze customer behaviors and inform product decisions through experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product Design to create high-quality interaction designs, information architecture, and content.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to drive products from concept to launch.
• Define how consumers interact with applications and assets across the broader crypto ecosystem.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Significant experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products.
• Demonstrated ability to take consumer products from concept to launch and grow them through rapid iteration.
• Deep understanding of onchain products, including wallets, stablecoins, DeFi, trading, payments, and cross-chain experiences.
• Strong understanding of AI agents and agentic finance.
• Experience building products in fintech, payments, crypto, trading, or other consumer financial services (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical or analytical field.
