Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management solutions for healthcare organizations.
• Analyze and optimize complex workflow processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and internal staff to ensure solution adoption.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting and high-impact issue resolution.
• Act as the primary client liaison to gather requirements and provide strategic counsel throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage and update comprehensive project documentation, including workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
• Mentor team members by providing guidance and sharing industry best practices.

What we're looking for

• This position requires a security clearance.
• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
• An advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• Extensive experience in healthcare IT, document management, or EHR systems is required.
• Experience in project leadership or mentorship responsibilities is required.
• Previous experience as a client-facing lead, business analyst, or project lead in a healthcare IT consulting environment is strongly preferred.
