What you'll do

Build and operate the business-critical Key Management Service to protect customer data through secure cryptographic key lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain cloud-scale distributed systems architecture for reliable security infrastructure.
Integrate cryptographic hardware with software components across the full technology stack.
Design scalable, highly available services that meet strict reliability, compliance, and performance requirements.
Create and refine prototypes to validate system functionality and gather stakeholder feedback.
Develop, test, and maintain secure APIs for seamless application integration.
Optimize algorithms to ensure high efficiency and scalability across the platform.
Identify and mitigate information vulnerabilities within IT and physical assets.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field and 4 years of software development experience is required.
A Master's degree in a relevant STEM field and 2 years of software development experience is an acceptable alternative.
A Doctorate in a relevant STEM field is also accepted as a qualifying education.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience with programming or scripting languages such as SQL, C/C++, or JavaScript.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working with databases.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle Cloud is preferred.
Proficiency in distributed systems, API development, and software engineering principles is required.
