What you'll do

Design, develop, and operate cloud-native services to support data center hardware operations and repair workflows.

Transform complex operational processes into guided, task-centric workflows with automated handoffs and measurable outcomes.
Implement reliable integrations with systems of record for ticketing, inventory, knowledge management, and telemetry.
Own major features from design through production, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Write secure, maintainable code while contributing to high engineering standards through code reviews and documentation.
Use data and production signals to identify bottlenecks and improve the reliability of repair workflows.
Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and feedback on design and ownership.
