Senior Platform Manager, Data Products, Finance Accounting joins the Finance Accounting Platform team to serve as the strategic owner of the core system recording and reporting the financial lifecycle of all products. You will manage the platform roadmap, prioritize high-volume requests, and lead end-to-end implementation for new product offerings by translating complex changes into automated accounting workflows. The role involves collaborating with Data Engineers and Oracle Applications teams to ensure data integrity from subledger to General Ledger. Key responsibilities include monitoring data pipelines, performing SQL analysis on large datasets, and automating manual processes. Required expertise includes ASC 606 revenue recognition, big data principles, and experience with Oracle FAH or similar ERP platforms. You will act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting across a multi-product digital marketplace.

What you'll do

Define and drive the long-term roadmap for the finance accounting platform to support new products and geographies.
Manage a high-volume platform funnel by prioritizing competing requests through structured decision-making.
Lead end-to-end implementation of product changes, from initial impact assessment to engineering alignment and production normalization.
Translate complex product requirements into well-designed accounting workflows for the Oracle FAH General Ledger.
Develop and refine data pipeline monitoring controls to ensure accuracy during month-end close processes.
Automate manual operational workflows in partnership with Treasury, Tax, and other Finance stakeholders.
Perform SQL queries to analyze large datasets and resolve data anomalies for business cases or reporting needs.
Communicate technical changes to senior leadership by translating complex engineering specs into clear business impacts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
6+ years of experience in platform management, product management, or technical program management with a focus on finance and accounting data.
Subject matter expertise in accounting principles and ASC 606 revenue recognition for multi-product digital marketplace environments.
Proven experience implementing end-to-end accounting workflows across quote-to-cash cycles including reporting and reconciliation.
Solid SQL skills to query large, complex datasets and troubleshoot data anomalies at scale.
Deep understanding of big data principles, transactional data characteristics, and subledger to General Ledger data flows.
Experience working with Oracle FAH, General Ledger, or equivalent ERP platforms.
Ability to manage a multi-stakeholder platform roadmap while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
