Senior Platform Manager, Data Products, Finance Accounting

What you'll do

• Define and drive the long-term roadmap for the finance accounting platform to support new products and geographies.
• Prioritize a high-volume platform funnel by balancing competing requests with structured decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of accounting workflows for new products from initial assessment through production release.
• Translate complex product changes into well-designed accounting workflows that record financials to Oracle FAH GL.
• Define and refine data pipeline monitoring and SOX controls to ensure financial data integrity.
• Automate manual operational workflows by partnering with Finance stakeholders and prototyping AI-assisted solutions.
• Analyze ad hoc data using SQL to support Finance and FP&A teams with business cases or close questions.
• Review data pipeline alerts and work with engineering to resolve control gaps before month-end close.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in platform management, product management, or finance systems with a focus on accounting data.
• Subject matter expertise in accounting principles and ASC 606 revenue recognition for complex digital marketplace environments.
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end accounting workflows, including record-to-report, order-to-cash, and SOX controls.
• Hands-on experience supporting high-volume, event-driven transactional workflows in a marketplace or payments environment.
• Proficiency in SQL to query large datasets, troubleshoot data anomalies, and perform ad hoc analysis.
• Experience working with Oracle FAH, General Ledger, or equivalent ERP platforms.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting credential (preferred); Big 4 audit or controllership background (preferred).
