TL;DR · Senior Data Platform and Analytics Product Manager

Senior Data Platform and Analytics Product Manager - DGX Cloud is a foundational role on a new team responsible for defining and owning the DGX Cloud Data Platform and Analytics System. The successful candidate will manage the roadmap across crawl, walk, and run phases to create a governed data platform that unifies fleet and machine data into authoritative, traceable products. Key responsibilities include defining requirements for single-source-of-truth tables, negotiating versioned data contracts, driving schema standardization, and establishing security models with infrastructure and compliance teams. The role requires expertise in data architecture, including lineage management, data catalogs, and SQL as a primary interface. Candidates must possess experience in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML environments, specifically managing data products through multiple delivery phases while ensuring high quality, freshness, and access control across complex systems to solve cross-fleet data queries.

What you'll do

  • Define requirements and acceptance criteria for flagship data products like single-source-of-truth tables for clusters and workloads.
  • Negotiate versioned data contracts with source teams covering schema, semantics, freshness, quality, and change notifications.
  • Drive identifier and schema standardization across producing teams to ensure consistent data tracking.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to establish the platform's security model and data classification.
  • Coordinate with engineering leadership to manage priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines against external constraints.
  • Define and report key performance metrics including pipeline freshness, quality SLOs, and source onboarding throughput.
  • Develop the business case and requirements for extending the platform to NVIDIA Cloud Partners and service providers.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of total experience in technology with product management or engineering experience in data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML.
  • BS or MS in engineering, computer science, or another technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience defining data platform, data infrastructure, or analytics products through multiple delivery phases from ingestion to production.
  • Solid background in data architecture including layered models, data contracts, schema and lineage management, data catalogues, and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of data governance and access control concepts such as attribute-based access control, classification, and audit evidence.
  • Demonstrated experience driving standardization and adoption across multiple teams.
  • Ability to lead discussions, coordinate among diverse collaborators, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience with single-source-of-truth models, bi-temporal modeling, or delivering data products for AI agents (preferred).
