As a Senior Collaboration Platform Engineer, you will join the team to design, deploy, administer, and continuously improve Zoom Workplace and Microsoft 365 platforms across a global organization. You will collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, technical roadmaps, and governance while managing licensing, policy controls, and capacity planning for collaboration services. Your daily work involves integrating systems with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA, as well as building automation for deployment, configuration management, and operational workflows. The role requires expertise in Zoom Workplace, Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop environments. You will utilize tools such as PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and webhooks to manage enterprise communication services. This position focuses on modernizing collaboration infrastructure through automation and AI-enabled technologies to improve reliability and employee experience.
Integrate collaboration services with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and enterprise platforms.
Build and maintain automation for deployment, configuration management, and operational workflows.
Develop technical standards and contribute to future platform roadmaps for collaboration services.
Manage room technologies and integrate them with existing enterprise systems.
Perform planned maintenance activities and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience engineering or supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, endpoint management, or real-time communication services.
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Zoom Workplace in an enterprise environment.
Experience administering Zoom capabilities such as licensing, policy controls, managed domains, reporting, enterprise deployment, or platform governance.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, or identity lifecycle management.
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, or virtual desktop environments.
Experience with scripting, APIs, automation platforms, or workflow automation tools.
