What you'll do

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure using infrastructure-as-code tools.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and environment promotion.
Define SLOs and SLIs and maintain alerting rules as part of a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Monitor, triage, and resolve platform incidents while performing root cause analysis.
Build and maintain observability tooling including dashboards, log pipelines, and distributed tracing.
Implement cloud security controls for HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI compliance requirements.
Manage disaster recovery and backup processes to meet recovery time objectives.
Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational processes for a globally distributed team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering with hands-on work in a production environment.
Working knowledge of Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling, preferably Terraform or Bicep (preferred).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and operation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
Understanding of SRE principles including SLOs, alerting, on-call practices, and incident response workflows.
Experience with observability tooling for monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing in a cloud-native environment.
Basic understanding of cloud security practices, including identity and access management, network security, and secrets management.
