What you'll do

  • Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team to drive partner success.
  • Recruit new companies into the Datadog Partner Network to increase revenue.
  • Accelerate existing partners' business through pipeline generation and enablement programs.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key partnerships with AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Own regional metrics and reporting for Channels & Alliances to inform leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hiring and developing sales and partner personnel.
  • 10+ years of business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services/SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to recruit and build successful partnerships with multinational/global organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding to explain concepts verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior leadership interactions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
