Senior Oracle Health Principal Data Migration Architect

What you'll do

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale healthcare data migration projects.
• Define migration strategies including scope, requirements, timelines, and technical implementation approaches.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, mapping, normalization, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Serve as the primary technical lead and advisor for clients and project leadership.
• Provide oversight during testing, validation, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex migration and data quality issues.
• Identify migration risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish migration governance, standards, and best practices across delivery teams.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience leading large-scale data migration, conversion, or healthcare implementation projects.
• Experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, technical teams, and client organizations is required.
• Expertise in ETL processes, including extraction, transformation, loading, mapping, normalization, and validation methodologies is required.
• Advanced SQL and database knowledge with experience in Oracle databases and cloud technologies are required.
• Must have experience working with healthcare systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and healthcare data models.
• Proficiency in data quality management, governance, and migration testing methodologies is required.
• Strong project leadership, consulting, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills are required.
