What you'll do

Lead architecture, design, and implementation for complex platform services and shared components.
Own key technical decisions to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and operability requirements.
Establish and improve engineering standards for API consistency, test strategy, deployment patterns, and observability.
Drive reliability improvements through SLO/SLI management, capacity planning, incident analysis, and automation.
Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure secure-by-design implementations and audit readiness.
Apply AI-assisted engineering to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting across multiple projects.
Establish and coach team patterns for AI-assisted development, including test generation and code review checklists.
Use AI to enhance operational excellence by automating repetitive tasks and improving incident triage workflows.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Demonstrated experience building and operating distributed services in production.
Strong system design skills, including data modeling, API design, and performance/reliability tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to drive technical alignment across teams and deliver results in ambiguous problem spaces.
Strong IAM-related service design experience (preferred).
Experience building or integrating user provisioning, entitlement services, and audit logging (preferred).
Experience with secure platform patterns and cloud experience (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) (preferred).
