What you'll do

  • Develop and validate signal processing algorithms and experimental test plans.
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in physics, applied physics, optical engineering, photonics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in physics, optics, photonics, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in optical engineering or photonic system development.
  • Experience with optical alignment, imaging systems, detectors, or laboratory testing environments.
  • Experience with data analysis and software development using MATLAB and Python.
  • Experience with laboratory automation, signal processing, or optical system modeling (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following ISO 9000/14000 standards.
