What you'll do

  • Design and implement predictive models using mathematical optimization, discrete-event simulation, and rules programming.
  • Use tools like IBM CPLEX and Gurobi to develop optimization models for business processes.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data modeling using Python, R, SAS, and SPSS.
  • Manage and analyze diverse data structures using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Dask.
  • Create data visualizations using Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly to communicate findings.
  • Develop decision support software, services, or products to assist management with policy formulation.
  • Build optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation and implementation.
  • Maintain technical infrastructure using version control systems and CI/CD tools like Docker and Jenkins.

What we're looking for

  • Doctorate Degree (preferred).
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with development environments like PyCharm, VS Code, and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Experience with data preparation, analysis, and predictive modeling using Pandas, NumPy, Dask, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.
  • Experience managing diverse data structures across databases such as SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  • Experience with optimization tools like IBM CPLEX and Gurobi, and statistical analysis using SPSS, SAS, R, and Python.
