What you'll do

Research and develop networking solutions for next-generation accelerated data centers.
Design networking solutions spanning ASIC design, algorithms, topologies, and systems.
Initiate and develop groundbreaking networking solutions for AI applications.
Develop ASICs and real-time software running on those ASICs.
Implement and manage networking and routing protocols.
Work with strategic partners and standard bodies to develop networking solutions.
Apply knowledge of RDMA, RoCE, and congestion control algorithms to network designs.

What we're looking for

B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of previous industry or research experience in computer networks.
Experience in developing ASICs and/or real-time software running on the ASICs.
Proven understanding in networking and routing protocols and their implementations.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work concurrently with multiple groups in the organization and with strategic partners.
Deep knowledge in RDMA, with focus on RoCE (preferred).
Understanding of various network topologies and their attributes (preferred).
