What you'll do

Remediate critical network alerts and triage production-impacting incidents within defined SLAs.
Manage and operate large-scale IP network technologies across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
Provide 24/7 global remote support for network repairs, changes, and hardware/software issues.
Execute network device upgrades and capacity augmentations as part of infrastructure projects.
Utilize peering and datacenter interconnect technologies including PNI, Transit, and Passive DWDM.
Develop workflow enhancements and document best practices for network operations.
Contribute to tooling and automation for provisioning, monitoring, and managing complex network infrastructures.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in network operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IS-IS, VxLAN, EVPN, QoS, GRE, IPsec, DNS, and MACsec.
Experience with one or more CSP environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
Familiarity with Arista, Fortinet, and Juniper hardware.
Hands-on experience contributing to tooling and automation for provisioning, monitoring, and managing complex network infrastructures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of Mellanox/Cumulus OS and Infiniband technology (preferred).
Skilled in Unix/Linux system administration and writing Python/Shell scripts (preferred).
Familiarity with Netbox/Nautobot, Prometheus, Grafana, and Panoptes (preferred).
