Senior Network Developer

What you'll do

• Operate, support, and scale RDMA/RoCE network fabrics across global cloud infrastructure.
• Design and validate advanced network solutions for large-scale AI, GPU, and HPC environments.
• Develop automation scripts, testing frameworks, and tooling to streamline network operations.
• Build telemetry, dashboards, and alerting systems to monitor network health and SLO performance.
• Lead pre-production validation and perform root cause analysis for complex network issues.
• Analyze network performance metrics like latency and throughput to identify capacity constraints.
• Participate in incident response and resolve complex production and customer escalations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to networking standards and engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience is required.
• Experience operating, supporting, and scaling RDMA/RoCE network fabrics is required.
• Experience designing and validating network solutions for large-scale AI, GPU, and HPC environments is required.
• Deep networking and automation expertise to improve reliability and scalability is required.
• Ability to develop automation, scripts, and tooling for network testing and operations is required.
• Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and analyzing network telemetry is required.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance is required.
