As a Senior Motor Controls Engineer, you will join the engineering team to develop motor control and actuator firmware for a fleet of autonomous vehicles across land, air, and sea. What you'll do

Develop motion control systems for precision actuators and electric propulsion.
Create motor control algorithms using Matlab and Simulink.

Assist with component selection, board design, and product development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Formal training and experience with classical control systems.
Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink for motor control algorithms and modeling.
Experience with low-level firmware architecture and development in C.
Experience with embedded ARM microcontrollers and associated motor control modules.
Familiarity with common bus protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, and RS485.
Proficiency with embedded systems tools, including compilers, debuggers, IDEs, and revision control systems.
U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.
