As a Senior Mixed Signal Design Validation Engineer on our team, you will lead bring-up activities and characterize high-speed mixed signal circuits while driving system validation with electro-optical transceivers. Your responsibilities include developing test suites for high-speed interfaces like Ethernet and InfiniBand, performing deep characterization of circuit blocks across various conditions, debugging complex issues, providing feedback to designers, and optimizing end-to-end system performance. You will also develop tools and scripts for optical and electrical characterization, train new engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance transceiver performance on NVIDIA data center platforms. The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, 5+ years of experience in mixed-signal design validation, expertise in Python, Git, Matlab, and JMP, and strong hands-on lab skills in SerDes PHY characterization.

What you'll do
Develop validation test suites for high-speed IOs including Ethernet and InfiniBand.
Perform deep characterization of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit blocks across PVT conditions.
Lead debug efforts to solve complex technical issues in high-speed interfaces and modules.
Provide performance feedback to designers on silicon quality and margins.
Develop test scripts for optimizing end-to-end system performance with electro-optical transceivers.
What we're looking for
Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of mixed-signal design validation and debugging experience
Expertise in silicon bring-up, lab instrumentation, and high-speed IO testing
Proficiency in Python, Git, Matlab, JMP for data automation and analysis
Strong hands-on lab skills in Serdes PHY characterization and optical transceiver performance testing
Deep technical understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
