As part of the Mixed Signal Design Validation team, you will take ownership of developing and implementing tests for high-speed mixed-signal circuits and electro-optical transceivers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building validation test suites, conducting detailed characterization across various conditions, debugging complex issues, providing feedback to designers, and optimizing system performance through scripting and tool development. You will also lead discussions with cross-functional teams to enhance circuit performance and train new engineers in validation practices. The ideal candidate possesses a BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related fields, along with proficiency in Python, Git, MATLAB, and JMP. Strong collaborative skills and adaptability are crucial, as you will work on multiple bring-ups of chips and systems in a fast-paced environment, requiring deep knowledge of analog, digital circuits, multi-protocol SerDes architecture, and measurement theory.

What we're looking for
2+ years experience in Electrical Engineering or related field
Expertise in silicon bring-up, debugging, and lab instrumentation
Strong technical knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
Ability to write scripts for validation, debugging, data analysis, and automation
Proficiency in Python, Git, MATLAB, and JMP
Comprehensive understanding of multi-protocol SerDes architecture
In-depth knowledge of measurement theory and test instruments
