What you'll do

Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers to power real-time customer experiences.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle of large-scale products and platforms.
Provide technical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide high-level technology decisions.
Simplify complex technical concepts to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Establish the foundations for the TPM practice while growing and developing the internal team.
Drive execution and accountability for the delivery of developer experience, tooling, and infrastructure.
Manage technical programs involving distributed systems, cloud architecture, and highly scalable mobile platforms.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers.
Ability to lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and provide strategic recommendations.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
5+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/AWS (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
