Senior Manager, Technical Account Management

What you'll do

• Manage and grow a team of TAMs to ensure customer success and growth.
• Enable team members with technical skills and soft skills to support Datadog customers effectively.
• Mentor new hires during onboarding, ensuring they develop necessary skills and capabilities.
• Partner with other leaders globally to standardize and customize the TPS program for regional needs.
• Articulate the value proposition of TPS offerings to Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Propose changes to TPS offering to increase market addressability and improve service quality.
• Lead OKR definition, alignment, and execution in the EMEA region.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience managing or mentoring Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Support teams.
• Proven ability to grow and develop a team in technical account management roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with expertise in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience as a TAM or equivalent client-facing role supporting mid-market and Enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, monitoring solutions, and trends in the tech industry.
• Ability to articulate business benefits and technical advantages of cloud services.
