Senior Manager, SOX Advisory & Process Improvement

What you'll do

• Perform SOX risk assessments and scoping for Quote to Cash and other business processes.
• Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement within internal controls over financial reporting.
• Design and implement internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with US GAAP and PCAOB requirements.
• Act as a subject matter authority on assigned process areas, including company policies and accounting guidelines.
• Develop the annual SOX prioritization assessment and strategic roadmap.
• Maintain accurate SOX documentation, including flowcharts and narratives, in partnership with functional teams.
• Advise cross-functional teams on SOX readiness and program maturation activities.
• Drive process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the internal control environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 8+ years of related audit and accounting experience.
• Strong background in public company SOX compliance, accounting, and finance processes.
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, ASC 606, PCAOB requirements, and US GAAP.
• Experience leading teams and providing performance feedback to others.
• Familiarity with financial systems as they relate to internal controls.
• Recent Big 4 experience (preferred).
• Professional certification including CPA, CIA, or equivalent (preferred).
