What we're looking for
MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of software engineering experience.
4+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
Strong background in system software, compilers, high-performance computing, and AI frameworks.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and build consensus across organizational boundaries.
Experience leading teams contributing to large-scale projects with external collaborators.
Hands-on experience with JAX and its systems like XLA, HLO, PJRT, Shardy, or JAX's tracing and transformation system.
Familiarity with NVIDIA’s AI platform components including GPU programming, CUDA, cuDNN, NCCL, TensorRT.
