What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area and 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering (preferred).
Proven hands-on leadership in Tier 0 systems overseeing software execution aligned with strategic roadmaps.
Strong knowledge in Java (Spring Boot), KAFKA, Reactive Spring, and Cassandra.
Knowledge of Rust (preferred).
Expertise in software development lifecycle management, DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud financial management.
Experience guiding architectural reviews, system design, and mentoring engineers to ensure scalability and technical excellence.
