Conduct research on emerging trends in healthcare and technology to develop long-term innovation strategies.
Oversee the delivery of software through multiple disciplined, Agile release cycles each year.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).
At least 7 years of software development experience using Agile methodologies.
At least 5 years of experience developing microservices using Python and Java [Spring Boot].
At least 3 years of experience leading distributed, multi-sited, or remote software engineering teams.
At least 3 years of experience with containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
At least 1 year of experience using Agentic AI frameworks and generative AI based web services.
