As a Senior Manager Software for Biopharma at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, you will lead the global software engineering organization to develop innovative and compliant solutions that accelerate scientific discovery and improve patient outcomes. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and 14+ years of software engineering experience, or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 12+ years of experience including 4+ years in a global leadership role.
Strong understanding of life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries, with expertise in modern software architectures, DevOps, and data platforms.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and ability to manage cybersecurity and data privacy risks.
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures, ensuring seamless integration of advanced platforms.
Track record of driving digital transformation and fostering innovation at scale, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle for timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and return on investment.
