What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading full-stack teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in Angular, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, and modern testing frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
  • Strong background in Agile delivery models and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop engineers while fostering accountability and collaboration.
