What you'll do

Provide daily leadership and direction to engineering teams supporting the Connected PBM ecosystem.
Translate product requirements into technical execution plans in partnership with stakeholders.
Ensure delivery of initiatives meets quality standards, adheres to design, and stays within budget.
Manage team capacity, resource planning, and vendor contributions for assigned projects.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading full-stack teams.
Hands-on expertise in Angular, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, and modern testing frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Cloud deployment and support on platforms such as GCP or Azure.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agile delivery model experience.
