What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in managing and growing high-performing teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong hands-on technical background in Java, microservices architecture, and cloud development (preferably GCP).
  • Proven ability to lead full software delivery lifecycle from discovery through production operations at scale.
  • Experience applying generative AI tools or frameworks as an integrated component in software solutions.
  • Ability to guide architectural decisions and evaluate engineering tradeoffs in complex systems.
