Senior Product Manager - Medication Administration

What you'll do

• Define and execute strategic product roadmaps for medication administration solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Develop deep expertise in clinical workflows related to medication administration.
• Engage directly with healthcare professionals to gather feedback and validate solutions.
• Champion initiatives that enhance patient safety and reduce medication errors.
• Drive modernization of workflows using emerging technologies like AI and automation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of requirements and roadmap execution.
• Proven ability to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.
• Experience partnering with engineering, UX, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams throughout development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including direct customer interaction.
• Demonstrated capability to balance strategic priorities with execution responsibilities while managing multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
