Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead and grow a team of SREs operating FedRAMP High, IL4, and IL5 environments.
• Serve as the primary operational relationship manager for federal agency security leaders and stakeholders.
• Own the continuous monitoring program, including POA&M remediation and vulnerability SLA compliance.
• Partner with product and security teams to manage FedRAMP-compliant change management processes.
• Drive incident response and post-incident reviews to satisfy federal reporting obligations.
• Manage relationships with 3PAOs and internal stakeholders during audits and ATO renewals.
• Maintain operational runbooks, system security plans, and evidence packages for federal compliance.
• Build compliant self-service tooling and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate engineering velocity.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and people management.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a federal or regulated environment such as FedRAMP, DoD, or IC.
• Must have experience managing relationships with federal security stakeholders including AOs, ISSOs, and agency CISOs.
• Must have working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP authorization frameworks, FISMA reporting requirements, and DISA STIGs.
• Must have a background in SRE or platform engineering including Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, observability, and incident management.
• Must have experience supporting or leading FedRAMP ATO processes, continuous monitoring programs, or FISMA annual assessments.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.
• Active or current eligibility for a federal security clearance (Secret or above) is a plus (preferred).
• Experience operating large-scale cloud infrastructure in FedRAMP-authorized environments (AWS GovCloud preferred); IL4/IL5 experience a strong plus (preferred).
