Senior Manager, Security Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop and integrate security testing tools into engineering workflows to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Establish protocols for security violation escalation and manage communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct compliance assessments and coach employees on meeting internal and external security obligations.
• Oversee the implementation of data security techniques including encryption, hashing, masking, and access management.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the resilience of critical systems.
• Lead post-event review meetings to identify improvements and incorporate feedback into ongoing security processes.
• Manage large-scale security projects while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Mentor team members on technical skills, career development, and navigating complex operational issues.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience in the field.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience managing multiple medium- to large-scale projects or initiatives across teams is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partnerships and develop strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data security techniques including encryption, hashing, masking, and access management.
• Ability to conduct compliance assessments and oversee the inventory of company assets.
• Experience developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Ability to manage talent acquisition, including leading candidate interviews and monitoring promotion eligibility.
