Senior Manager, Robotics and Vision Systems

What you'll do

• Develop detailed robotics roadmaps and prioritize automation initiatives based on site needs and business cases.
• Identify, evaluate, and incubate emerging robotics, vision, and physical AI technologies for large-scale deployment.
• Create repeatable deployment models to move automated systems from pilot phases to sustained adoption.
• Establish company-wide standards and practices for robotics integration across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Provide technical expertise in robot design, vision system integration, and troubleshooting of automation hardware.
• Translate complex manufacturing requirements into functional robotic applications and equipment specifications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automation systems including startup, optimization, and retrospective performance reviews.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience is required.
• Experience with teaching and setting up robots and vision hardware, including lighting techniques and camera selection.
• Experience with the design, build, and startup of manufacturing systems.
• Experience with the design, setup, and debugging of automation systems.
• Strong skills in robotics, computer vision, and programming languages are typically required.
• Master’s degree in robotics or similar (preferred).
• Background in robotics (preferred); background in computer vision and machine/deep learning (extremely beneficial).
