What you'll do
Lead teams in defining and standardizing reliability engineering methods across electrical, mechanical, and controls domains.
Establish programs to improve asset health, reduce repeat failures, and strengthen operational resilience for mission-critical facilities.
Oversee deployment of monitoring tools supporting predictive maintenance and reliability decision-making.
Define and report KPIs and trends to executive leadership for portfolio-level decisions on uptime and capacity growth.
Ensure implementation and verification of corrective actions from incidents and failure analyses across multiple sites.
Guide reliability input into commissioning, acceptance testing, and operational handover processes for new infrastructure.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in reliability engineering or related critical facilities environments.
Proven leadership in managing technical teams across multiple sites or complex infrastructure projects.
Expertise in reliability frameworks, root cause analysis, and maintenance optimization techniques.
Strong background in predictive maintenance programs and condition-based monitoring systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred certifications: CMRP, CRE, ASQ, SMRP, or relevant data center credentials.
