What you'll do

  • 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering or related critical facilities environments.
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams across multiple sites or complex infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in reliability frameworks, root cause analysis, and maintenance optimization techniques.
  • Strong background in predictive maintenance programs and condition-based monitoring systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent industry experience.
