What you'll do

  • Lead teams and establish standardized reliability engineering methods across electrical, mechanical, and controls domains.
  • Oversee deployment of monitoring tools for predictive maintenance and asset performance visibility in mission-critical facilities.
  • Define and track KPIs to report portfolio reliability trends and corrective action status to executive leadership.
  • Ensure implementation and verification of corrective actions from incidents, audits, and trend reviews across multiple sites.
  • Guide reliability input into commissioning, acceptance testing, and operational handover for new infrastructure projects.
  • Develop engineers through coaching, technical review, and data-driven problem-solving techniques.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or related critical facilities environment
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing engineers and analysts across multiple sites
  • Strong background in reliability frameworks, root cause analysis, and maintenance strategy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, design, construction teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant industry experience required
  • Preferred: CMRP or CRE certification, data center experience
