What you'll do

Design and implement frameworks to ensure compliance with international regulations and risk management standards.

Coordinate timely responses to inquiries, examinations, and reporting requirements from non-US regulatory bodies.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical and operational tasks for internal teams.
Manage relationships with international regulators, government officials, and other relevant policy bodies.
Synthesize complex regulatory information into concise reports and updates for senior management.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience working with regulatory agencies, multilateral organizations, financial services institutions, government officials, or consulting.
At least 5 years of experience in policy development, advocacy, strategic influencing, or public affairs.
Proficiency in English is required.
6+ years of experience working with international regulatory agencies or government officials with a deep understanding of regional financial regulations (preferred).
6+ years of experience architecting and executing international policy advocacy strategies to shape regulatory frameworks (preferred).
5+ years of experience coordinating and reporting to multi-functional teams while managing complex projects (preferred).
5+ years of experience supporting integrated programs where both internal senior leaders and external stakeholders are customers (preferred).
Proficiency in written or verbal additional languages (preferred).
