What you'll do

  • Design and implement frameworks to ensure compliance with international regulations and risk management standards.
  • Draft policy papers, briefing notes, and advocacy products to influence international regulatory developments.
  • Monitor global regulatory landscapes and emerging technologies to inform regional and global business strategies.
  • Coordinate timely responses to inquiries, examinations, and reporting requirements from non-US regulatory bodies.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical and operational tasks for internal teams.
  • Manage relationships with international regulators, government officials, and other relevant policy bodies.
  • Synthesize complex regulatory information into concise reports and updates for senior management.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience working with regulatory agencies, multilateral organizations, financial services institutions, government officials, or consulting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in policy development, advocacy, strategic influencing, or public affairs.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • 6+ years of experience working with international regulatory agencies or government officials with a deep understanding of regional financial regulations (preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience architecting and executing international policy advocacy strategies to shape regulatory frameworks (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating and reporting to multi-functional teams while managing complex projects (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting integrated programs where both internal senior leaders and external stakeholders are customers (preferred).
  • Proficiency in written or verbal additional languages (preferred).
