What you'll do

  • Manage interactions with global financial regulators and oversee international regulatory inquiries and examinations.
  • Coordinate internal responses to time-sensitive requests for information from non-U.S. regulatory bodies.
  • Establish standardized routines, workflows, and governance processes to support international engagement.
  • Track and document regulatory incidents within enterprise systems of record.
  • Monitor and support the remediation of regulatory issues to mitigate risk.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable tasks for business and technology teams.
  • Synthesize complex regulatory developments into concise reports for senior management.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience working with regulatory agencies, financial services institutions, government officials, consulting, or a combination.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with non-U.S. regulatory agencies and regulatory policy internationally.
  • Experience overseeing regulatory matters and directly interacting with financial regulators.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical and operational tasks for business and technology teams.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and work across various global time zones.
  • 6+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies, financial services institutions, government officials, consulting, or a combination (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience coordinating and reporting to multi-functional teams (preferred).
  • At least 5 years demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English; Written and Verbal proficiency in additional languages (preferred).
