The role requires expertise in advanced statistical modeling, Bayesian methods, causal inference, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into clinical operations and trial designs.

What you'll do

  • Define a neuropsychiatric digital health roadmap integrating AI/ML models and data science to improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor emerging technologies in digital phenotyping, remote assessment, and speech analytics for R&D applications.
  • Apply machine learning and longitudinal analytics to develop digital endpoints and optimize clinical trial designs.
  • Develop advanced statistical models using Bayesian methods and causal inference to inform treatment decisions.
  • Integrate multimodal data including imaging, biomarkers, and real-world data to create comprehensive patient profiles.
  • Generate evidence packages to support the regulatory qualification of digital tools and endpoints.
  • Ensure all digital health solutions comply with global data privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build external partnerships with academic groups, technology partners, and regulators to advance industry standards.

What we're looking for

  • Hold an advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant quantitative or clinical field such as neuroscience, psychology, or data science.
  • Possess at least 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare analytics.
  • Demonstrate expertise in clinical development, digital health technologies, outcome assessments, biomarkers, or patient stratification.
  • Experience with biostatistics, machine learning, and multimodal digital data integration is required.
  • Experience analyzing specific digital health data types including speech, language, behavior, sensor, and neuroimaging data is required.
  • Possess a track record of developing and validating digital health tools, endpoints, or biomarkers.
  • Familiarity with data standards, privacy regulations, and regulatory pathways for digital measures is required.
