As a Senior Manager, Data Science, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists while managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the full model lifecycle—including design, training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring—to develop and enhance predictive Customer Progression models. Your daily work involves analyzing large-scale datasets including customer, transactional, digital, and third-party data to generate actionable insights and support controlled A/B testing. Collaborating with Product, Operations, Strategy, and Data Engineering teams, you will build scalable infrastructure and tools to improve the customer and associate experience. You will utilize Python, SQL, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques within cloud platforms and data lakes. Preferred expertise includes developing NLP solutions such as sentiment analysis, information retrieval, and deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

What you'll do

Lead the development and enhancement of predictive Customer Progression models.
Manage the full model lifecycle including design, training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Analyze large-scale customer, transactional, and third-party datasets to generate actionable insights.
Design and support controlled A/B testing experiments to evaluate new solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and build scalable data infrastructure.
Communicate model outcomes and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
4+ years of experience in Python or similar languages for large-scale data analysis.
4+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
Experience working with data lakes, cloud platforms, and relational databases using SQL.
Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
