What you'll do

Hire, grow, and lead a high-caliber team of data professionals specializing in analytics engineering and experimentation.
Partner with machine learning engineering leaders to deliver science and analytics that power decision automation.
Oversee data transformation and integration from multiple sources to ensure integrity, accessibility, and consistency.
Design and implement robust monitoring, alerting, and health check programs for data and model performance at scale.
Drive experimentation and statistical analysis to uncover actionable insights across various business domains.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business language for cross-functional stakeholders.
Evangelize data science best practices to embed a data-informed culture across the organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics engineering, or similar technical analytics roles.
2+ years of experience leading and mentoring data-focused teams.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
Strong background in experimentation design, causal inference, and statistical analysis.
Experience working with large-scale data pipelines and production-level analytics systems.
Expertise in data storytelling and creating stakeholder-ready visualizations and narratives.
Familiarity with modern data platforms like Spark, Snowflake, and Airflow, as well as ML Ops tooling.
