Senior Manager, Quality Management

What you'll do

• Lead site-wide quality strategy and execution across all departments at the Anaheim location.
• Drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) processes to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation activities, including DFMEA and PFMEA.
• Implement mistake-proofing solutions to reduce internal nonconformance and customer escapes.
• Oversee Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Zero-Defect Planning (ZDP) activities.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) activities and ensure compliance with APQP standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and lead quality teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, FAA, ISO 9001, and AS9100 regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Graduate degree with 10 years, or no degree with 16 years of related experience.
• 10 to 16 years of experience and extensive knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing.
• Background in Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence.
• Experience in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
• Active Secret clearance or higher (preferred); strong data analytics with PowerBI; demonstrated leadership in matrixed organizations (preferred).
