JOB TITLE: Senior Manager - Product Management, Core Platform Lead, Enterprise Document Management Platform
The Senior Manager - Product Management, Core Platform Lead, Enterprise Document Management Platform joins the Enterprise Document Management Platform team to own the foundational platform strategy. This role involves managing the enterprise system of record for over 15 billion customer-related documents, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient document and metadata lifecycle management. Key responsibilities include owning the vision and roadmap, leading engineering teams to deliver platform features, and driving a self-service strategy for independent configuration and onboarding. The candidate will manage API contracts, incident management, and data governance while improving API performance and usability. Required competencies include human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The work addresses the technical challenge of maintaining a massive, compliant document infrastructure for critical servicing and regulatory needs.
Own the vision and roadmap for the core platform balancing operational excellence with long-term modernization.
Lead multiple engineering teams to design and deliver platform features for diverse enterprise stakeholders.
Drive a self-service strategy to enable intent owners to independently configure and manage their use cases.
Define standards for onboarding, API contracts, and incident management for platform interactions.
Improve platform API performance, usability, and operational efficiency at an enterprise scale.
Ensure the platform meets enterprise data governance, compliance, and architectural standards.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across lines of business and platform teams.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to own the vision and roadmap for a core platform balancing operational excellence with modernization.
Must lead multiple engineering teams to design and deliver platform features for enterprise stakeholders.
Must drive self-service strategies and manage API contracts, onboarding standards, and incident management.
Must ensure platform compliance with enterprise data governance and architectural standards.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
