As the Senior Manager - Product Management, Core Platform Lead, Enterprise Document Management Platform, you will join the Enterprise Document Management Platform team to manage a massive system of record for over 15 billion customer-related documents. You will own the vision and roadmap for the core platform, balancing immediate operational excellence with long-term modernization goals. Your daily responsibilities include leading multiple engineering teams to deliver features, driving a self-service strategy for intent owners, and establishing standards for API contracts and incident management. You will focus on improving API performance, usability, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with data governance and architectural standards. The role requires expertise in human-centered design, business-focused execution, and technology-driven problem solving to manage the complex lifecycle of documents and metadata that power critical servicing and regulatory requirements across the enterprise.
Own the vision and roadmap for the core platform while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term modernization goals.
Lead multiple engineering teams to design and deliver features for a diverse base of enterprise stakeholders.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
Ability to own the vision and roadmap for a core platform while balancing operational excellence and modernization.
Proven ability to lead multiple engineering teams to design and deliver features for diverse stakeholders.
Capability to drive self-service strategies for internal users to manage use cases independently.
Skill in defining standards for onboarding, API contracts, and incident management at scale.
Ability to ensure platform compliance with enterprise data governance and architectural standards.
Proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, and transformational leadership principles.
