What you'll do

Build an outcome-based strategy and drive the delivery of the Internal Ledger roadmap.

Present data-backed business cases and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Mentor and coach team members to drive organizational alignment and product results.

What we're looking for

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
Demonstrate expertise in simplifying and streamlining complex business processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Exhibit strong partnership skills to work with Tech, Experience, and Business teams and gain leadership buy-in.
Manage and deliver against aggressive timelines in ambiguous spaces with comprehensive analysis.
Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks and driving organizational alignment.
Mentor and coach other team members.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
