What you'll do

What we're looking for

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Demonstrate knowledge and passion for backend products, API integrations, and Gen AI/ML capabilities.
Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for internal customers and agents.
Build a roadmap, own the backlog, and prioritize high-leverage features using qualitative and quantitative data.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and advance the product agenda.
Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
