Senior Product Manager, AI Agents

What you'll do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent-specific identity capabilities.
• Design and launch core features for agent identity lifecycle management and dynamic permission scoping.
• Define technical protocols and deployment models for OAuth/OIDC extensions and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Prioritize the development of "on-behalf-of" token exchanges and agent-specific audit logs.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Track industry trends in LLMs and agentic frameworks to develop differentiated security solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for AI Identity to support marketing and technical sales teams.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS products or an equivalent background.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
• Deep understanding of API security and the developer experience for integrating security services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience to influence technical design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with research, design, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Ability to be analytical and decisive when driving action with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or building products that leverage Large Language Models (preferred).
• Experience with developer-centric products, Zero Trust architecture, or "Zero to One" product environments (preferred).
