Senior Manager, PMO and Transformation

What you'll do

• Own the consolidated SAP portfolio strategy, including prioritization, business case validation, and demand intake.
• Match portfolio demand against internal and external resources to provide data-driven staffing and sequencing recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional program planning and execution while managing dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
• Maintain RAID logs, drive risk mitigations, and establish governance cadences including steering committees and milestone gates.
• Own release planning, operate the Change Advisory Board, and govern deployment processes across all environments.
• Develop and track annual budgets, produce monthly forecasts, and drive cost optimization through vendor negotiations.
• Govern vendor contracts, manage SOWs, and conduct performance scorecarding for all external partners.
• Establish PMO standards and templates to build organizational delivery capability across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• 7+ years managing portfolios of concurrent technology programs with budgets exceeding $10M annually.
• 5+ years leading PMO organizations of 15+ people including program managers, project managers, and release managers.
• 3+ years managing vendor and SI relationships including contract negotiation, performance management, and resource governance.
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
