What you'll do

Lead multiple platform teams to standardize middleware patterns, client libraries, and API/SDK guardrails.

Implement secure software development practices and enforce coding standards to prevent security vulnerabilities.

Manage large-scale projects by setting priorities, monitoring timelines, and aligning deliverables with business needs.
Drive cross-functional partnerships to align technical objectives with customer goals and stakeholder expectations.
Manage the talent acquisition pipeline and provide performance coaching to develop engineering leaders and technical talent.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience.
