What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end plan design across assigned geographies, including benefits and network considerations.
  • Translate market strategy into clear benefit structures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from design through filing, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
  • Establish disciplined operating rhythms to meet timelines and deliverables in complex cycles.
  • Promote process optimization for scalability and efficiency across multiple markets.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of health insurance product and ACA/QHP benefit design experience
  • Direct ownership over health plan design decisions
  • Knowledge of ACA plan design, cost-sharing structures, metal towers, EHB, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading regulatory filing processes including PBT, SBC documentation
  • Operations experience in complex organizations with process improvement recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, economics, finance, or related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
