  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for ancillary products.
  • Analyze data to inform product strategy and optimize post-launch performance.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience developing and managing commercial insurance products, including ancillary offerings.
  • 5+ years of expertise in Dental and Vision product design and vendor implementation.
  • 4+ years of proven experience managing delegated vendors and complex operational partnerships.
  • 3+ years of experience with ACA individual market place and small group products.
  • 3+ years of experience in product lifecycle management for ancillary offerings.
